Personal training will not only help you achieve your goals but is also a great alternative to a regular gym and the treadmill! Our instructors are also competitive martial artists and athletes. The training we provide is varied and is planned to suit your individual needs and goals whether you want to work on technique, get healthier, lose weight, improve your fitness, increase your energy or just try something new. Our trainers can help you reach your goals and achieve them faster than you would on your own.
Personal training sessions vary from person to person, areas that you may cover in a session include padwork, technical, kettlebell, Bulgarian bag, cardio and plyometrics. All equipment is provided and all you need to bring is lose fitting clothing, suitable for working out in. Nutritional advice is also available.
Price per session - £50.00
Book 5 sessions - £45.00 per session - £225.00
Book 10 sessions - £40.00 per session - £400.00
2 to 1 sessions - Two people for £60.00
(Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in regards to your session. Please allow for 24 hours before cancelling your appointment, you cannot cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment and will be charged for your trainers time at the full rate.)
