i am very intrested in muay thai and i would like to train but i am quite overweight. can i still come and train at ko if i am overweight.

Have been working in Zagreb for a few years and am coming back to London in April. Used to train with Damon from KO in Hammersmith. Anyone know whether he still has a class in Hammersmith or if he is teaching in west London? He was a good guy and teacher and I'm up for getting back into it again.

Yes yes yes!! finally KO has come to Enfield, been waiting ages (a few years) for a Thai Gym to open up around here. esp KO. I used to train in the Bethnal green gym about 2 years ago...

Been off training for 8 months, so got ot get my fitness back up and ill be coming down.

Hello KO GYM from CHINUK GYM (Belarus). Personal greetings to Bill Judd, Bianca, David, Paul ... If you don't remember, we have attended your gym during the summer of 2006. We are: Art, Denis, Alex. Personally I miss you all. I left professional fighting in the end of 2007. So did Denis. Sasha (Alex) is the one, who is fighting now. I'm trying myself in business now. I regret about lossing a chance to get visa in 2006. Who knows, maybe it is better to all of us. I'm gonna visit London in the summer of 2009. Wish to see all of you.
