Classes

Adult Classes cost £10 or £8 for full time students and concessions. Kids Classes age 6-12 cost £4 & Juniors Classes age 13-16 cost £5.

One to One Instruction

Personal and Private Group Tuition is available by arrangement, otherwise our classes do not require an appointment.

Monthly Gym Pass

Monthly gym passes are available for £75 (£55 for students and £35 for juniors) per month and includes free access to all Globe Road Gym classes and facilities.

Gym passes are not transferable between different gyms. Think of how much you could save if you are really committed to your training!

This class starts with a fitness circuit and finishes with technique.
This class is designed to build you up from the basics and to drastically improve
fitness and knowledge of techniques.

 Ian Faranda

The art of Muay Thai is one steeped in the traditional beliefs and ritual elements found in wider Thai society. 

Ian Faranda hosts Saturday seminars focussing on how belief, ritual, and superstition are inextricably linked with Thailand’s fighting art. Topics for discussion and demonstration include spiritual devotion, legends, pre-fight rituals, and wai kru ram muay.

Ian has lived and worked in Thailand, has studied and practiced modern Muay Thai, Ancient Muay Thai, and Thai weapons, and holds a BA in Southeast Asian studies with a particular focus on Thai society and culture.
