Kru Bill & David Pacquette

KO is primarily a traditional Muay Thai gym, although many western kickboxers and orthodox boxers train with us as well. Often you will hear students refer to their instructor as 'Kru', a term of respect.

Many people consider taking up Kickboxing or Muay Thai (ThaiBoxing) for the high levels of fitness that can be achieved, others relish competition or have become intrigued by the culture.
We try to encourage new students to come to our introductory classes for their first couple of lessons where possible. These are designed to allow your instructor to assess your fitness and any experience you might have.

Adult Classes cost £10 or £8 for full time students and concessions. Kids Classes age 6-12 cost £4 & Juniors Classes age 13-16 cost £5.

England achieved two European gold medals, three European silver medals and one European Bronze medal.

Wai khru ram muay is an action of respect in Thai culture that is performed by participants in Muay Thai competitions. One of the most important traditions of Muay Thai is Wai Khru (Paying Respect to Teachers).

Contender Asia Revenge or Repeat at the Reebok 26th September

The long awaited rematch between Dzhabar Askerov and David Pacquette from Contender Asia Series 1 is finally on!
Dzhabar won David on the Contender Show by only 1 point and many thought that David had it. It was a hard and bloody fight and we finally have the rematch.

David has it all to prove and recently won the WKN World Championship (70Kg), Dzhabar is the current European WMC Champion and is very active on the K1 scene.

This is not one to be missed. Top class International fighters at the highest level. A mixture of Full Contact Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts.

From 12pm We are pleased to announce the new UKMF (United Kingdom MuayThai Federation) amateur southern trials.
These events are designed to give everyone an opportunity to compete in the new UKMF amateur format, under IFMA rules.

Muay Thai literally means "Box free" or free boxing. Derives from the Thai words "Muay" – to box and "Thai" – free.
